Policy
What we collect when you visit framenox.in or get in touch, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
01Who we are
Framenox.in (“Framenox”, “we”, “us”) is a creative agency and sole proprietorship based in Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751030, India. We decide how the personal data described here is used, and we are responsible for it. This policy applies to framenox.in and to the conversations you have with us about a project.
02What we collect
When you fill in our contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your budget range and your project brief.
When you contact us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp: your name, contact details and whatever you choose to tell us in the message.
When you become a client: the details needed to run and bill the project — contact and billing details, GST/TDS information where applicable, and the brand assets, content and access you share with us for the work.
When you browse this website: we count visits in a way that does not identify you. For each page you open we note the page, the website you came from (the site name only, never your search words), any campaign tag in the link, your device type (phone, tablet or computer), your browser and operating system family, and a few named actions: whether you tapped call, email or WhatsApp, a main button, a portfolio item or pricing tab, how far down the home page you got, and whether you started the contact form. We do not store your IP address, your full browser details, your location, anything you type, or any cookie or identifier on your device.
Where an enquiry came from: if you send the contact form, we save with it the first page you opened on our site that day and the website you came from, so we know which of our channels brought the enquiry, and how long the form took to fill in.
We do not collect card or bank details on this website; payments are made directly by bank transfer, UPI or wire transfer. We do not ask for sensitive information such as health, financial account or government ID data, so please do not send it through the form.
03How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation;
- to deliver, manage and bill a project you have engaged us for;
- to keep the records that Indian tax and accounting law requires;
- to keep this website and our systems secure; and
- to understand, in totals, which pages and channels work, so we can improve the website.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising. We will only send you marketing messages if you have asked for them, and you can stop them at any time.
04Your consent
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent — given when you submit the contact form or choose to contact us — or where it is needed to carry out a project you have engaged us for, or required by law. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
The visit counting described in section 02 does not need your consent because it does not identify you, is used only to improve this website, and is not shared or sold. You can still switch it off at any time (see section 06).
07How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need to reply and follow up, and delete it within twelve (12) months if it does not lead to a project. For clients, we keep project and billing records for the length of the project and afterwards for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
Detailed visit records are deleted after 13 months; before that we keep only daily totals (for example, “40 visitors on this page”) that cannot be traced to a person. Backup copies of our database are replaced on a rolling basis, so deleted records disappear from backups in the weeks that follow.
08Security
This website is served over HTTPS. Our enquiry records sit behind a private, password-protected admin area with sign-in limits and automatic sign-out, and we limit access to the people who need it for your enquiry or project. The database cannot be reached from the internet. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it, and we will inform you and the authorities as required by law if a breach affects your data.
09Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, unless we must keep it by law;
- withdraw the consent you gave;
- object to the visit counting or ask us to remove what we hold from it; and
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity.
To use any of these rights, write to us at the address in section 13. We aim to reply within thirty (30) days, and always within ninety (90).
10Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and we do not monitor the behaviour of children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
11Data outside India
Our hosting plan is located in India. Some of the providers listed in section 05, such as Google Fonts, may process data on servers outside India. Where this happens, it is done in line with Indian law.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version; for significant changes that affect clients, we will also let you know directly.
13Contact & grievances
Our grievance contact is Shakir, proprietor of Framenox. For any question, request or complaint about your personal data, write to contact@framenox.in or call +91 90787 44256. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India. If a security breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the authorities without delay, as the law requires.
